Rafael Torres leads an international team of eleven nationalities in Madrid. In 2024 he took the Advanced Short Course Leading Across Cultures, which equips participants to lead effectively in complex multicultural and cross-cultural missional contexts.
"It was the most practical week of training I have ever had," he says. "We changed how we make decisions the month I got back."
Leading Across Cultures runs again in March 2027 - see CourseD.
